Custom digital work

Because our ads are custom digital work, we handle refunds case by case:

• Before production starts: full refund on request.
• After delivery: we revise your ads to get them right rather than refund. The number of revisions depends on your plan — from one revision per ad on the $5 first ad, Single Ad and Starter, two per ad on Growth, up to unlimited on Scale.

Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime; cancelling stops future billing and isn't retroactive for the current period.
